What data from you do we process? And for what purposes? And for what purposes?
We process the data you have sent us in connection with your application in order to assess your suitability for the position (or other open positions at our companies, if applicable) and to carry out the application process.
What is the legal basis for this?

To which recipients is the data passed on?
Your applicant data will be examined after receipt of your application. In principle, only those individuals at the company who require it to properly carry out our application process have access to your data.
If an employment relationship is sought with an applicant, the relevant data will, after consultation and with your consent, be made available to the company’s appointed lawyer for the purpose of drawing up an individual employment contract. For the payment of wages, payments to social insurances, and employers’ liability insurance associations, etc., the data of the new employee required for this purpose is transmitted to the company’s appointed tax advisor.
